How All this started…

While chartering on sailboats in the Caribbean (see my “about me” section for more info on that) my job was to make yummy meals for our guests. Over the years, people would ask me for recipes or suggest “You should write a COOKBOOK!”. So I did.

While this isn’t about my latest creations of cakes and cupcakes, Island Eats is a delicious collection of the meals I created at sea.
